Yes. American Adoptions is a national adoption agency that works with pregnant women considering adoption and families looking to adopt in all 50 states. While we work nationwide, we are also licensed in the following states to provide additional adoption services, including home studies for adoptive families.

Anyone looking into adoption should only work with a qualified licensed adoption agency. This ensures the safety of the adoption and provides you with a source to check the agency's status.
