We are involved in over 300 domestic adoptions each year, with more than 90 percent of our adoptive families having wait times of 1-18 months for all of our programs combined. This page is intended for prospective adoptive couples who are considering adoption the opportunity to view real pregnant mothers who are working with American Adoptions.
