Kim and Neil's Adoption Story

Now that we have come to the final phase of our adoptive process, we wanted to let you know about our impressions of the experience with your agency.

In the beginning, we were looking for an agency with a relatively high volume. Smaller local agencies we contacted seemed incompetent from the get go, so we thought a larger agency would have developed a successful system that would guide us through the process without too many headaches. Considering the complexity of the adoptive process, we have been quite impressed with your agency's performance. You led us through the many steps, providing complete and accurate information. You seemed to anticipate our every question, and answered promptly with compassionate professionalism. We were especially impressed with JoAnn, who guided us through the home study process, relieving our every anxiety. She was always available within a moment's notice to answer our smallest questions. Kelly Evans also deserves a round of applause. She went well beyond the call of duty, answering our calls at all hours, making herself available on Sundays for multiple visits with the birth mother, and even attending the birth of our son. Kelly was both a friend and professional, and was a key in making this adoption a beautiful and special experience.
