Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, Sequino, J., granted the motion of the maternal grandmother, Joan Radin, to intervene; subsequently, the matter was referred to Hon. Thomas J. O'Sullivan, state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court; thereafter, the court, Hon. Thomas J. O'Sullivan, state trial referee, in response to the plaintiff's motion to hold the intervening defendant in contempt, issued certain visitation orders, and the plaintiff amended her appeal.
Affirmed.
