Hey, I'm not sure of your situation, but I have some ideals for help, if you haven't already tried them. You could possible go to a High School, where abouts the foster family lived and ask for year books, if they can't give you any information, if he was born in 82, then he probably graduated anywhere between 99-01. If he was adopted at birth his name might be changed also. I know you can call your telephone company or go through the internet at yellowpages.com to get the adopting parents name, and get an address or a telephone number. Just some helpful hints, which I'm sure you've already tried, but just thought I'd like to help.

hello im looking for my son who was born in grossmount hospital in california.on 10-18-1982.to a barbara jo davis.the people who addopted him name are richard or dick and susan wilson. if anyone could please help me it would be awsome for us all ..he has brothers and sisters who wants to meet him along with my self.i was told he had died at birth.and was informed that story wasnt true.thank you.
