| charlene | Posted: Jan 15, 2005 01:58:09 AM Has anyone adopted a great neice or nephew in California recently? We have had legal guardianship for almost ten years (since he was 9 mos.) We filed papers today with our Superior Court and found out that we need to contact the California Adoption Agency so they can complete a required report. I am looking for others who may have been or are in the same situation. Apparently, it is an unusual situation in our county as the clerk (of five+ years) did not know what to do and had to get assistance from her supervisor. | ||
