The age and marriage length requirement does vary by state and if you are adopting internationally, it will vary by country. Most times with domestic adoption, the home study provider just needs to see that the marriage is stable and strong and is not as concerned with the length of time a couple is married.

Being a fairly young, new couple we'd like to find out the laws reguarding how long you are required to have been in a relationship before adopting. And the age requirements for adoption.
