There are children available in the United States. Become a foster parent for your county and state. We have adopted 3 and are about to adopt a 4th. All came to us as foster children. We also had almost 30 other foster children, some that others have adopted.

I have heard their are no children to adopt in America. Am I wrong in thinking this? I prefer to adopt in the US if I can.
