Hello, I am considering adopting a child who is in need, but I have one major concern. For some reason, I think that when you adopt, you have to agree to not spanking your child. My husband and I have always spanked our two sons (now both teenagers) whenever we thought it necessary, and not being able to spank our adopted child is a major concern that we have before we adopt. Thanks for your help!
