I am looking for my dads two half bothers there name was tommy and bobby there dads name was william wesley harkins I looked in the general index to births in Buncombe county and seen thomas julian harkins 9-1-1949 if you know any thing about this please email me his bother is very very sick please help me find them book #38 page #1955
