One way to go is the following: if you know the hospital, adoption agency and city/state child was born in, you can contact the Department of Health in that state. There will probably be a form that needs to be filled out. If there is, make sure you fill out section on medical information. By going through DOH, agency and hospital are required to give information. Good luck.

He is adopted & now we are going to have a baby,but we don't know any of his medical or family history.And there is no way we can pay anything to get it.Is there another route?
