Hi, I have a one year old daughter that is adopted and another on the way. I can tell you what all I had to do for my state. Adopting a relative is alot easier to do. You can e-mail me. annennen@yahoo.com

My daughter will be one on 09/30/05, and i am due again in early March. I am just 19 and i want to give my baby to my sister and her life partner. Let me know how all this works out for you. If i find anything that will help i will come back and post it. Good Luck.

We have a similar situation. My son's girlfriend has asked my daughter and her husband to adopt their second baby which is due in Dec. they never married and she doesn't feel stable enough to care for a baby and a two year old. (CPS is also watching her closely). How did you seek attorney's, agency, and support? My daughter does not have internet. We would like to know what steps you took. Thank you, Glenda

I WANT TO LEGALLY ADOPT MY NIECE? I ALREADY HAVE THE APPROVAL OF MY SISTER & HER HUSBAND, BUT IM NOT SURE WHAT SORT OF LEGAL PAPERS I NEED TO BE FILING. (SOMETHING ON THE LOW COST)
