| Annemaria Gould | Posted: Apr 25, 2005 10:37:06 PM Adoption is a wonderful way to join families. Many single parents cannot give their children role models from both the male and female genders. Children need to have positive role modles. In addition it is difficult for many single parents to financially care for a child. More children raised in a single parent world get into drugs and fewer go to college.(you could do the research to find the stats) There are a lot of wonderful single parents, but that is a huge desicion to make and single parents need to look at all the consequences of their choices before they decide. It is easiest to keep and raise a baby for the parent, but is it best for the child? | ||
