This is all new to me so please be patient. I am trying to find out how to search for my grandaughter who was adopted in April, 1987. My daughter said it was supposed to be an open adoption. The adoptee was born in Louisville, Kentucky and she was given the name Heather Nicole by my daughter. I know her name could be changed. I want so desperately to find my grandaughter . CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I NEED TO STATT SEARCHING? Any information will be GREATLY APPRECIATED. You can e-mail me at NASCARRITA3@WMCONNECT.COM Thank you so very mucy
