| Marcy Bowman | Posted: Aug 14, 2004 09:13:47 PM We live in a small town (20,000 people) We are interested in adopting an older child 2-5 years of age but with our foster care system the children usually go back to their families..which is where they should stay. So where do I go to find an older child to adopt?
