We live in a small town (20,000 people) We are interested in adopting an older child 2-5 years of age but with our foster care system the children usually go back to their families..which is where they should stay. So where do I go to find an older child to adopt?

Become a foster parent for your state. We have been foster parents for many years and have 3 adopted children and are about to adopt our 4th. All have come to us as foster children.

How does one go abuot find an older child to adopt? We are looking to adopt a child between 3 and 5 years old.
