Hi. I have two half sisters that were given up for adoption. Barbara was born 2/23/1978 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY to Joan Frank. Her adoption was handled through Catholic Charities. Donna was born 2/2/1981 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY to Joan Frank. Her adoption was also handled through Catholic Charities. Please email me if you have any information.
