Looking for a Hell's Angel from the 70's. I think his name might have been Billy. He had a daughter 07/21/1976 in Long Beach, CA with a woman named Patricia Beam. She was 19 at the time. She then moved back to CT and I was placed in foster care when I was 2 months old. If anyone has any info, please contact me. Thank you.
