| Miriam Smith | Posted: Aug 22, 2005 02:39:58 PM My son was adopted by a family 30 years ago, and he located me about 4 years ago. It has been a happy reunion for us both, but his history with his adoptive parents was not great. He was abused and and whne he was 10 he was removed from their home and placed in foster care. He has expressed the desire to go back to his birth name, or some form of it. i would like him to be able to legally inherit from me. Does anyone have information or examples of adopting back their birth child? | ||
