I used AA twice. I waited 4 and 7 months respectively. All the fees they advertised were accurate and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable in every aspect of the process. I would recommend them because without them I would not be able to come home to my two boys.

Having adopted without an agency once and now 'activated' with AA there's a big difference. The first adoption was rife w/stress. AA web site information was accurate to our experiences in infertility, not using an agency, birthfather issues, legal issues, etc. I trusted them because what the web site said rang so true to me. The calls to them resulted in immediate answers or a call back w/in a day. I'm so much less stressed and can enjoy the experience alot more! It's been fun for our family to see ourselves on the web site. The activation didn't take that long.
