I'm looking for my sister who was born Delria Mae DiNickle. Her name at being adoped is Janice Faye Irby. Please let me know if you know of her and where she is now?

If you know what agency you were adopted from then you can go there and find where your sister is. If you don't know then you do have an adoption record don't you saying your mothers name and all that other information well try going there if you can find anything there try getting an investigator to find out the information you want. or you could go to an tv show like opera or one of them they could help you.

I'm not sure if this is where I start. I need help in finding my birth sister who was adopted when I was around 1 or 2, I'm 50 now and she is a year or two younger than me. Please help me get started. Thanks! Glenda Matteson
