I was born on 10/1/46 in Vinita, OK. I was adopted, along with my sister Louise, birth date 12/7/42; by a couple from Milwaukee, WI. According to the Oklahoma State Dept. of Health birth certificate there were 2 live births before mine. This means that there is someone out there that was not part of the adoption, but is my unknown sibling. I have physically searched Vinita, OK for any records on this missing sibling - according to local registrars - all of those records were burned up in a fire. My birth certificate is quite unsettling - as information does not match common knowledge. Would like any info on missing sibling or any info pertaining to this adoption.
