If your sister was adopted out of California. Ask either Health and Welfare % adoption. Checkwith the county she was adopted out of if you know. Put and ad in paper of area suspected of her going out of. Ask for anyone knowing the where a bouts of baby girl ?? her born name and date she was born and town and state. Give them how to reach you .Tell the paper you are a sibbling wanting contact. Please answer asap. I hope this helps.
