I was adopted at the age of 12 in Brooklyn,ny where i was born,jan.26,1930. I moved to providence,ri with my adoptive parents,rose and bill amber.my birth name was BESSIE GOODIS. My name was changed to BARBARA GAIL AMBER I knew my birth mother but was living in a foster hone for more than 9 years at 66 East 89th Brooklyn,NY
