Donna	Posted: May 12, 2006 01:55:38 PM I would NOT be afriad of the child hating you, I am a female 46 year old adoptee. But you have to be open, this child will probably ask all kinds of questions, NEVER let them feel they were unloved, abandoned, cause regardless they will feel it anyway. And when and if they search, they still LOVE you, you are still their parent, they just know something is missing. And support & help them if asked as my parents have.
