| MHD | Posted: Jun 19, 2006 07:04:17 PM My stepdaughter was adopted by her Grandparents when she was small. Now she is a adult and married and God forbid something happen but if her husband was to be incapacitated and she was to be unable to take care of herself for what ever reason. The legal mother would be the next of kin. So this is my question can we adopt her back now that she is a adult ? Or should this be in her will for her real mother to take care of her? The mother has been in her life all along and it is to long a story to post. Any help would be great. | ||
