teri lyn (adopted name) is a caucasian and was born on november 11, 1965, at san bernardino county hospital in san bernardino, san bernardino county, california.
she is searching for her birth family.
birth mother: born in 1948 in illinois, 5'11", 135 lb. normal weight, fair skinned, medium brown hair and eyes, large bone structure, interested in skating, bowling and singing.
protestant, english/irish descent, junior year of high school in 1965, good health. lived with an aunt during pregnancy until shortly before november 11, 1965 when she married boy friend who was not the birth father.
birth mother had two brothers and one sister.
maternal birth grandfather remarried after death of maternal birth grandmother (heart attack).
birth mother contacted county adoption services in february 1969 and said she had changed her mind and wanted teri back. birth mother was told that relinquishments were final.
birth father: 19 years old at time of pregnancy, 6' 1", thin, fair skinned, black hair and brown eyes and wore glasses. interested in bowling and cars and enjoyed people. irish descent, dropped out of high school when he was a sophomore. he may have been married by the time teri was born.
paternal birth grandfather was 5'9", black hair, brown eyes, fair skin.
paternal birth grandmother was 5'5", black hair, brown eyes, fair skin.
birth father had two sisters.
