iso bson born 2/14/1971 AnchorageCommunity Hospital,Alaska 11:12 pm/6lb 11.5oz/ 20in.long/ dark blond curly hair/Dr. Curtis /Ivy/relinquished to Alaska dept of Health & Welfare 2/19/1971. I was 3 days 17 at time of birth and was a resident of Booth Memorial Home.
