Hi Michelle. No I do not think that you and your husband would be descriminated against. I think that in general these days most agencies have to be open minded. I have seen single mothers go into the adoption process successfuly. If your home study goes well, then you have gone through the process and are eligable. Good Luck!

Ernie and I have been a loving secure and commited couple since 1999. We have built a wonderful life together along with our home and our business we share it all. We have tried and have not had sucess in staying pregnant. We are as married as most and we desire to make our family complete. Are we subject to discrimination for adoption through an agency because we are not married? Sincerely Michele & Ernie
