TOPIC: Looking for my birth parents. I was born on 2/18/71

Looking for my birth parents. I am a female and was born on 2/18/71 at lenox hill hospital in manhatten. I was born with brachial plexus palsy. I was in foster care until 17 months of age. The adoption agency used was Spence-Chapin located in NYC. I need yo find out everything i can to know who i am. I had a wonderful life and am greatful for the choice that was made. If a reunion is possiblethat would be wonderful as well. Perhaps we can be friends.
