I have researched over and over and I cannot find the answer that I need. I knew someone that adopted a newborn child with medical problems with its kidneys and some other minor problems. Will someone please give me the information I need and a website that I can go to and see what steps I need to take to adopt one of these infants that need love and parents just as much as the healthy infants do. Thank you so much.
