With American Adoptions you do have to be married at least 2 years (of which you have been) and at least one of you needs to be 25 yrs. of age. I'm sure that you can find an agency out there that will fit your needs but you can always get in contact with us again when one of you turns 25. Good luck with your adoption search!

My husband and I have been married for almost 4 years and have a very loving relationship that we would like to share with a child. We are doing well financially and we feel as though we are being called to adopt. We are both 23 years old and are concerned that our age might be a problem. How do birth mothers feel about the age of the adoptive parents?
