I was adopted on August 23, 1960 in Charlotte, NC through Family & Children's Services. I would like to find my birth mother and/or father. I am very tall for a female - 6'2, have blue eyes & brown hair. Anyone having information should e-mail me at webmaster@juliescoggins.com. Thank you.
