We've lived in our home for the past three years. Our house is a lovely two-story with four bedrooms on two and a half acres of land. The main level of the house has a large, cozy family room that connects to the kitchen. A lot of our time is spent in this room watching movies, entertaining family and friends, or just spending some quiet time with each other. We have a large two-level deck just off the dinette and a nice big front porch. Both the house and yard have plenty of room for a child to run, play, and grow. We share our home with our dog, Angel. She is a playful and friendly little dog that brings a lot of joy to our lives.
Our neighborhood is fairly quiet and consists of homes with at least two wooded acres per lot. There are several parks with playgrounds, ball fields, and a swimming beach within half a mile of our home. Our neighborhood has many children of various ages and is a very safe area. Another advantage to our neighborhood is that Lynn's sister and her husband live only a block away. They have two young children who would love a cousin to play with.
Within two miles are excellent schools, a library, medical and dental facilities, various stores and restaurants. The area has several summer festivals and parades, and we frequently attend many of them.
