Hi, we are Bill and Tina, and we are excited about building our family through adoption! We believe it is God’s plan for us to adopt and it is truly a gift to become parents. As adoptive parents we will provide lots of laughter and unconditional love with a stable home for your child. We are open-minded, and as adoptive parents, we will teach your child to embrace life.
