At the Parthenon in Greece

With a passion for travel and road trips, there are many places we would like to visit. We try to visit new places every year and experience the uniqueness that each place has to offer. Our goal is to one day be able to see all 50 states, as well as various other parts of the world and want to experience this with our child(ren).

If we were to pick a favorite vacation spot, it would be Greece. Greece truly has a lot to offer from beautiful beaches, to culture, history, traditions and tasty food. We can't wait to take our child there someday and teach them about our Greek Heritage and history and have them see the ancient ruins first hand. We would love for our child to visit the Parthenon, the Acropolis, Olympia, where the first Olympic Games were held, and the thousands of other beautiful sights from the mountains to the beaches.

We speak, read and write Greek with fluency. Patti has also taught many years of Greek Traditional Folk Dancing to children and adults of all ages. We would love to teach our children how to speak Greek and how to dance, just like Zorbas! We want to be able to teach them about our culture and take them to visit the various islands and many historical sites. Aside from the city, we also want our children to experience the serene life of the villages. Greece is a country we visit often and look forward to taking these trips with our child(ren) one day.

We love animals and have two sweet and very friendly dogs. Our dogs are great with kids of all ages. Having five godchildren and many friends with young children, they have been surrounded by kids since they were puppies and have both been trained to love and interact with children. Our godchildren love them dearly and are always running around with them, playing ball and rolling around in the backyard.

We feel that dogs bring joy, companionship and have a positive effect on human health. Both of our dogs are very smart and talented. They have successfully completed many training courses including off-leash and our goal is to train them for the Good Citizen test so they can assist in nursing homes and hospitals. It is very fulfilling to see the smile and companionship dogs can bring to an elderly person. We know our dogs would welcome a new addition to the family and would love a new friend to play and grow with.

On Vacation

Patti About Evan: Evan is an all around genuine, supportive and very loving husband and person. Family is his number one priority and he is always there for me through thick and thin. He is not only my companion but my best friend. We make a great team together and I can never imagine my life without him. He is the type of person who will not think twice about being there when someone is in need. Evan is hard-working, loves to have fun, always has a positive attitude, is very giving and absolutely adores children. Evan loves to have fun, the outdoors, being active and taking road trips. He is the type of guy you would find rolling around the grass, playing soccer, bike riding, and reading books with children. He has a heart of gold and would be a wonderful father and a very cool dad!

Evan About Patti: Patti is the most patient, loving, caring, sensitive, sweetest and kindest person I have ever met. She is hardworking, very determined and will accomplish all that she sets out to do. Patti would go above and beyond to help those in need and always puts her family and others in front of herself. She is very active, loves organization, and is always cooking, cleaning and keeping an inviting, warm, clean, and cozy environment in our home. Her love for children is like nothing else in the world and she would be the most amazing mother!
