We want nothing more then to be parents, and we look forward to the challenges and the triumphs it will bring. We are excited to open our hearts to this child and share with him or her just how special they are. We can't wait to share how they came into our lives and what an amazing woman their birth mom is. Rest assured your child will know that you gave the greatest gifts possible, life for your child and the means for us to be a family.

What We Like to Do for Fun

We are an active/outdoorsy couple, we enjoy going to sporting events, whether it's baseball, football, soccer or volleyball. We also like to participate in sports and search out local pick up games to be involved in or go to one of the many mountains to hike, bike or ski. Our weekends start with getting coffee and going with Odin (our lovable mush of a dog) to the dog park or for a hike at one of the state parks by us. Since we are fairly new to Massachusetts we have been doing a lot of exploring and with all of our family and friends visiting, it's been fun sharing many new experiences. Some days we love to just hang around our home, sit on the deck and enjoy the backyard or watch a movie or sports by the fireplace.

While we love spending time together we are both very independent and realize the importance of alone time or girls/guys day or night out. Spending time with our family and friends is very important to us. We are both avid runners and make a point to work out every day. We love to take trips of all kinds, back to see family and friends, a weekend at the beach or on the slopes or jet set to an island.

Favorite Vacation Spots

We have been to many islands in the Caribbean. We do our best to get to a new island once a year. There is not just one island that we could pick as a favorite, although, there are different things about each island that we love. In the Caymans it was snorkeling and Sting Ray City (swimming in the ocean with the sting rays). In St. Lucia it was the lush trees and the giant sea turtle we befriended. In the Dominican Republic it was the lavish grounds and pool at the resort. In Antigua it was the beaches and in the Bahamas it was the massive resort with tons of activities. Overall just looking at the crystal water, palm trees and being on island time is enough for a perfect vacation after a year of hard work. We are eager to share with a child to many more beautiful islands.

In the winter we love to ski. Some of our favorite spots have been in Vermont, Lake Tahoe and the Alps in Italy. This year we are looking forward to hitting the slopes in New Hampshire, Maine and a vacation in Utah to visit friends.

Our Loveable Pet

Our Big Mush Odin

We couldn't love Odin any more then we do. He has brought so much joy to our home over the past 6 years.

Odin is a great companion, protector and more often then not an entertainer. He has kept us in shape with long walks and is very personable; he has introduced us to many in our neighborhood. He watches over us when we are sick and makes sure our home is safe. He loves people and animals of all ages. When he hears a baby cry, he runs to make sure they are okay and then once he knows they are gives them a big kiss. We have prepared him for a baby, pulling his tail, playing with his ears, playing with his toys and food; he is very tolerant of it all.

Odin has taught us patience and understanding and has prepared us for parenting mishaps like sleepless nights due to belly aches or fear of thunder storms to muddy foot prints or trails of mushy food on the floor. Thanks to O we have learned how to soothe in distress and found a miracle stain remover!
