We both come from large families and we have always dreamed about having our own family. We had wonderful upbringings with very supportive parents and we look forward to sharing that same love with your child.

Children are a large part of our life as we have over 20 nieces and nephews including several who were themselves adopted. In addition, Maureen has taught first grade at a local grade school for over 12 years and has great experience in teaching and guiding children. We will provide patience, love, comfort and stability for your child. We can financially, mentally and emotionally support your child if you select us. We promise to provide a stable environment, a wonderful education and unconditional love for your child.

We both grew up in large families with many brothers and sisters. Stephen's family enjoyed annual summer beach vacations with longs days at the beach and night's going on amusement rides, playing games and eating ice-cream on the boardwalk. He remembers many laughs with his family and fun times he experienced growing up. Today, we all travel together as a family to repeat the same childhood traditions that Stephen experienced as a child. He also remembers spending countless hours watching his Grandmother and mother cook wonderful Italian meals from scratch. Maureen's family also frequented the beach each summer as well as driving to North Carolina, spending time at the Outerbanks, traveling to Disney World and visiting relatives in Michigan.

We plan on continuing these family traditions and look forward to creating new ones with your child. We can't wait to take yearly vacations to the beach to swim in the water, play in the sand or travel to Disney World. Holiday traditions are very important to us both and can not wait to experience the same traditions with your child. Planning family barbeques with our brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews is something we look forward to doing often. When we are together, the boys usually play some baseball or football and the girls visit or play cards and board games. Many times we enjoy catching up on old times, listen to others talk about what is going on in his/her life or just laugh with one another. We hope one day your child will have the same happy experiences as we did.

Christmas time was both of our favorite time growing up. We remember spending Thanksgiving sitting around the table planning our annual kick off to "Christmas shopping" the very next to day to start the exciting season of Christmas! Decorating the tree, baking cookies and wrapping presents was another favorite memory that we both loved so much. One of the most amazing things that we love so much about our families is that we see each other often, we help each other out, and it is very obvious how happy we all are when we are all together.

We enjoy spending as much time together as possible. During the summer, we take many trips to our beach house. We like to ride bikes on the boardwalk, play miniature golf, take walks through different parks or just hang out at the beach. We both enjoy reading and talking. We have three cats that we love very much and have lots of fun just watching them chase after different things or just cuddle together to sleep.

We like to spend time with our family and friends. We like to go to baseball and football games to cheer on our city's popular teams! We like to spend time with our friends, we take turns planning get-togethers, whether it is a night out at the movies, dinner at a restaurant, or just some munchies and talking at home!

When we are not working, we like to spend time with our many nieces and nephews. Sometimes we plan special day trips with our nieces and nephews and travel to fun places or go bike riding or hiking. We spend equal time with each of our nieces and nephews and advise and listen to them if they should ever need any support or guidance.
