Written by Tim: We actually have a pretty good story on how we met. I was casually doing my schoolwork in sixth grade when she walked into my class for the first time, her parents had moved and she was transferred to my school. I was instantly in elementary school love and we become boyfriend and girlfriend and sent each other pictures and letters as well as sixth grade phone conversations, Of course it didn't last but after high-school we ran into each other and have been together ever since, who said puppy love can't last.

We often believe our happiness is because of our mutual interests. We both enjoy many fun activities together. We have loved the water and now own a boat which we enjoy taking out to the lake for long weekends of skiing, tubing and camping. We also love taking trips to the beach in the summertime with our extended families just to do some catching up and have some rest and relaxation. Although we do enjoy traveling we also love spending time at home, we spend many afternoons on our deck watching the horses behind our house and just talking. We also play a lot of board games such as scrabble and cooking out on the grill. We feel we are very well rounded and would love the opportunity to share our experiences with your child.

Our favorite vacation spot would have to be Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. We have been everywhere from Cancun to Tennessee but always seem to gravitate back to Myrtle Beach. I think it is a mixture of the ocean, people, and the many memories with our families. There are tons of activities from riding go-karts, water parks, playing putt-putt golf and the list could go on and on. We enjoy playing on the beach and swimming in the ocean, and there is nothing better than ending the week with a fireworks extravaganza right on the beach. We look forward to making this a family vacation spot. We hope to bring a child to share all the wonderful things we love about this area and to create many memories in the years to come.

Enjoying the Ocean

We have many family traditions that we have developed together as well as with our extended families. Every Halloween we get off work early to rush home and carve the pumpkins together. We then dress up to give treats out to the neighborhood children. Each Christmas we take off the day after Thanksgiving to decorate our house and put up our tree. We finish the night by cooking brownies and watching Christmas movies on T.V. Finally is our yearly trip to the beach with our extended families. We rent a big house and spend the week catching up with them and relaxing by the ocean. We value our family traditions and look forward to continuing them as well as adding some new ones with your child.
