Qualities We Love, Admire and Respect in Each Other
Krystal is a sincere and loving person that honestly cares about everyone around her and many times, even folks that she may not even know. In my opinion, this is a very rare quality to find in someone in this day and time. Positivism exudes from her and affects anyone
that she comes in contact with, and she is truly grateful for everything that she has received in life, no matter how small it may be. For as long as I have known Krystal, she has always dreamed of the day that she would become a mother and makes mention of that daily. Part of the reason that I married her was for this very fact, as I knew that she would make a great mother to our children. Whoever is lucky enough to call her "mom" will most certainly be showered with hugs and kisses daily while being given the support to become whatever they choose in life.
Jason is one of the most energetic, fun-loving and genuine people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is such a kid at heart who is yet very motivated, disciplined and hard working in order to achieve what he has desired in his life. He has a very strong family background that helped make him the great son, uncle, husband, friend and man that he is today. Although he is serious and hard working, he still has such a fun and magnetic personality where everyone just wants to be around him, as he keeps everyone, especially me, laughing and happy. As I'm very proud for all that he has accomplished in his life, I'm even more proud to see him as a parent, and your child would be so lucky to have him as their dad.
What We Expect We’ll Like Most About Being Parents
What we look most forward to is having a child look us in our eyes and know that we will never let them down, always be there for them and love them more than anything. We look forward to being the ones they come to when curious about the way the world works. We look forward to being the ones they constantly ask "Are we there yet?" while driving on family trips. We look forward to our shoulders being the ones they fall asleep on after a long day at the lake. We look forward to teaching them to ride a bike, cleaning them up when they fall, as well as convincing them to try it again. We look forward to golf cart rides around the neighborhood, taking them to visit the many children in our neighborhood that they will call friend. We look forward to birthdays at Chuck E. Cheese and handing out game tokens to him or her and their friends. We look forward to the first day of school and making them feel confident that everything is going to be alright. We look forward to being the ones that they come to when they feel butterflies for that first special person and ask "What should I say?" We look forward to the pride felt when they graduate high school and the sadness we will feel when they leave for college but also knowing that we have done a good job in steering them in a positive direction. We most of all look forward to the day they have their own child so that they can see what a pleasure and gift it is to be a parent.
Our Pets and Our Leisure Time
On the Front Porch with Ms. Bigglesworth, Leonard & Lily
We are the proud parents of two English bulldogs and one precious cat. We adopted our cat, Ms. Bigglesworth, from the SPCA and it was the most special day for all of us, as that was our first "baby" as a family, and she is our little angel. Our youngest Bulldog, Leonard, was also adopted. He was a rescue from an animal shelter and has been such a joy to us and the rest of the family. Lily, our eldest Bulldog, is our pride and joy and is as close to human as you can get. We have showered these dogs with lots of love and attention and cannot wait to have a child that can also enjoy the time with them that we do. The way that we treat our "children"/pets is only a small sampling of the love and attention that your child will receive and we are so eager to begin that journey with you.
Our leisure time is spent walking our dogs on the neighborhood sidewalks
and trails and just giving all of them lots of love while lounging on the couch watching a movie or sitting out on the deck during our many neighborhood cookouts and oyster roasts. Our home is the home base for kids of all ages as we constantly have summer activities going non-stop due to Jason being the big kid at heart that he is.
We also enjoy getting together with friends going out to dinner or even vacationing at our neighbor's lake house while spending time out on the water wakeboarding, wake surfing and especially enjoying wonderful sunset cruises.
