Our Trip to Canada

Our roots grow from a diverse ethic heritage. Frank's mother is Polish and his father is Italian, whereas Rosa's mother is German and her father is Irish. As such, we are open to adopting a child of a different ethnic and cultural heritage.

We have carefully considered the challenges the both of us and our adopted child will face being a mixed race family. We are fully capable of adopting a child of a different race, and we have both the resources and motivation to provide for any special needs involved in raising a child of a different culture.

Our neighborhood is racially diverse, and would afford your child many opportunities to play with children from a wide array of cultural backgrounds. We recognize the importance of teaching the child about his or her heritage, and of presenting the child's birthparents in a positive light. In fact, we sincerely hope and will encourage the child to become bilingual, bicultural, and have friends of many different cultures.
