Since getting together, we have both had a strong desire to have children. Children have always been a top priority in our lives. We both love to interact with the children of our family and friends. Our faces light up whenever a child enters the room. We have tried unsuccessfully for years and through a variety of methods to conceive a biological child of our own. We now realize it was God's plan for us to adopt and are extremely excited of what the future holds. We would be forever grateful if you chose us. You will have answered our prayers and we will appreciate and honor you and your difficult decision.

The great thing about life is the ever changing world we live in. Tomorrow is always the best day and we look forward to sharing in this child's interests. We want to take this child swimming, biking and hiking in the mountains. We want our child to enjoy parades, circuses and the excitement of all the cultural events our community has to offer. We both stay active working out and will make sure this child learns early to stay active. We want to encourage this child to spend time doing things they will love. Those could include soccer, cheerleading, golf, music, basketball or football games, dance or gymnastics…whatever interests our child develops, we will support with our time and energy.

Although we have been blessed to travel a lot, our favorite spot is Walt Disney World. Every time we go, it is a different adventure. The adventure we really want to take involves introducing this world to a child. We want to introduce all the Disney characters and tell their stories. Being able to see a child's face at the parades and firework shows is magical, but being able to see our own child would be the best feeling in the world!

Most of all, we want to be able to ride the Dumbo ride with all the other families. Every time we visit Disney, a piece is always missing…a child to share our joy. We were not fortunate enough to spend a lot of time at Disney growing up. We have been blessed to have the financial resources to give a child the things we did not have growing up and Disney World would be one of those many things. Disney represents diversity to us.

We love our leisure time! We both feel that traveling broadens our view of the world. We want to expose the child to as many experiences as possible.

We also hang out with our three cats, Binx, Hershey and Oliver. These cats are treated as part of the family. When a bad day comes by, the cats help us feel better. We enjoy when Spring approaches so we can let them run around in the fenced backyard. We are looking forward to watching a child run around with these cats in the same backyard. We are both animal lovers and grew up with cats and dogs when we were children. Our cats each have their own personalities. They have taught us that cats, like people, each have different moods and outlooks. As much love as we give our cats, we will overwhelm this child with even more love and support.

We both like to read and spend time on our screened back porch. We cookout, spend time at our next door neighbor's pool and play Wii video games. Each of us spends time being active to stay in shape and eating out at new restaurants with family and friends.

Kevin: I love computers, new technology and I have worked part-time as a mobile DJ for 15 years because I love music and meeting new people. I love all sports and can't wait to share that love with our child.

Kim: Fall is my favorite time of year. I enjoy going to craft fairs, meeting new people, and spending time with family and friends. I am looking forward to being a mom and would be grateful if you help answer my prayers.

We want to give our child a broad view of the world, through education, traveling and life experiences. We love to learn and want to pass that trait on. We are blessed to have great lives with a loving home surrounded with close family and friends and we want to share our blessings with a child.
