We would consider it to be the highest honor to become parents. Our role would be to always provide this child with the emotional, spiritual, and financial stability needed to grow into a happy and healthy adult. We will create a family setting that includes love, laughter, compassion and security. Spending time with our niece and nephews fill our hearts with such love and happiness. We can only imagine what it would feel like if we had our own children. Being parents also means sharing those special first moments, watching their eyes fill with excitement when they try something new, watching them sleep safely and soundly in their beds at night or hugging them when they fall and scrape their knee. We want to be called mommy and daddy and feel their arms wrapped around us. It is not always going to be easy being parents, but we know in our hearts that we will work through the good and bad times together as a family with God's continuous love and guidance!

About Diana: Diana and I have a beautiful relationship. She is one of the most caring, most loving and kindest people I know. I admire her attitude towards life and how much she appreciates what life has given her. She has a natural gift when dealing with children. I've visited her in her classroom on various occasions and have seen how much love and ingenuity she puts into her work. When our niece and nephews come over it's almost hard to tell who the child is. She enjoys getting on the floor and playing with them. Every day I look forward to coming home to see her smile as she greets me at the door. She always showers me with hugs and kisses. We never let a day go by without saying our "I love you's" and telling each other how much we love each other. Diana is my life and I admire everything about her. I know in my heart that Diana will be a wonderful mother!

About Luigi: Luigi is the kindest and most generous person I know. He always puts everyone's needs before his own and drops whatever he's doing to lend a hand. I admire the patience he has with everyone, especially with our niece and nephews, and how he takes the time to listen. I love the way he pays attention to me and how he makes me feel really special by going out of his way to do things. He constantly makes me laugh with his funny imitations or the silly stories he makes up along the way. I love how he surprises me with special dinners he prepares out- of- the-blue. We can be silly at times but this is why our home is always full of laughter. I feel blessed to have him in my life and love him very much. I know he will make a wonderful dad!

Game Night with Our Niece and Nephews

We very much enjoy our time together, and just being with each other provides us with the comfort and joy of family. We are both avid fans of the outdoors. Living so close to the mountains has afforded us the opportunity to explore nature through healthy exercise. We love to ride our bikes, go hiking on the local trails, or sometimes simply pack our lunches and sit by the lake. We have fun planting a garden and harvesting the vegetables to share with our family and friends. We both enjoy cooking together, which enables us to share our creativity to provide dinners for our family and friends.

At least twice a week we get together with friends for a game of tennis, or go swimming at the recreational center. We also enjoy a monthly game night with our niece and nephews, where we play board games, eat pizza and share stories. Some of our most memorable times are spent at home, watching movies, reading a good book, playing games or simply talking about our day. We are very excited to share all of these happy events, as well as explore new adventures with a child of our own!
