Mary Lea: Ross has the biggest heart of anyone I know and does not hesitate to put his own needs/desires aside to help someone else. He is 100% committed to our life together, is a true partner and hard working and passionate about making a great life for us. The thing I love most about him is that he makes me laugh - a lot and sometimes it is at myself. He loves children and they love him too. I can't wait to experience parenthood with him - he has so much love to share with a son or daughter.

Ross: Mary Lea has everything that I could ever want in a wife. She is a very caring and nurturing person. She has charming way of making everyone she encounters comfortable. She is a great communicator and planner. Mary Lea is always quick to provide wholesome and fun activities for our family. Mary Lea and I have had the chance to practice our parenting skills with all of our family's and friends' children. Mary Lea's maternal skills just come naturally. All of the children also love Mary Lea because if she is in charge, they know that they will have a fantastic time. She is full of love and very respectful of others. Mary Lea always wants the best for everyone. She is very giving to our family and friends and can't wait to be a mother!

Taking a Cooking Class

We both come from families that focused and valued education. We plan to give our child every tool possible to be successful in anything they decide to pursue. We were both blessed to be provided with college educations by our families - we intend to do the same for our child. We also feel that providing opportunities to travel as a family will expose them to many different cultures and adventures that will also prepare them for a fulfilling life.

Our family is our priority. We have both had opportunities to move away from the area but have chosen to stay close to our families. We value the time we spend with them and are blessed that our families both enjoy spending time together. Our parents have been very supportive during our challenges in starting a family and could not be more excited about our plans to adopt. We have a lot of family traditions but we are all looking forward to having a child to experience them with and to create new traditions with and for.
