At the Park

Janie - Is a people person who has a lot of good friends and knows how to be a good friend to others. She is empathetic, caring, and a lot of fun. She likes to laugh a lot and make her friends and family laugh too. She has a strong faith and has a heart for praying for and with people who are in need. She is generous with her time and loves to open her home to friends and family. She is warm and makes you feel comfortable the first time you meet her. She is a loving wife and great mommy. She likes to play with her daughter and take her to fun places like playdates, gymnastics, swimming or just hang out on the swingset in the backyard with our next door neighbors.

Anthony - Is a really good person with a heart of gold. He has a strong belief in God, family, and friendships. He is a true blue friend who is reliable, dependable, and caring. He is the type of guy who you can count on. He is a hard worker, disciplined and organized. He has a great sense of humor and loves to have fun and laugh. He is easy to be with and is a great husband and father. He likes spending time with his family.

On Our Deck in Ocean City!

Our favorite vacation spot is our beach place in Ocean City, MD. It is on a canal that leads to the Chesapeake Bay and is a few blocks from the ocean. We love sitting on our deck looking out on the water at the boats. There is a great park on the bay that our house looks over. There is an amazing playground for kids at the park, and a large pier for fishing or crabbing. There is also a nice sandy beach area there that we take our Golden Retriever to so he can go swimming. That is where we got engaged!!!

A lot of our family has beach homes on the same street or close by. We share our place with Anthony's sister, brother, and parents. Many of the cousins have homes on the same street so we love going to the beach and playing in the sand and waves with all the kids. Janie's two sisters also have beach homes close by so we love going to Ocean City to relax and spend time with the family.

Kids from Moms Prayer Group

We like to entertain friends and family in our home. We enjoy having dinner parties, bbqs, football parties, and family parties at our home. Working out and taking our dog, Mickey for walks is one of our favorite pastimes. We love to take our daughter Katie to the park and to the zoo or anywhere we go. One of our favorite things to do is hang out as a family, whether it is dinner on our deck, going to the beach, or hanging out by the fire on winter nights.

We are in a dinner club that gets together every couple of months that allows us to experiment with new recipes. We both enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. Janie volunteers for St. Jude Children's research Hospital, and the Be With Me Children's Playseum. She is in a bible study every other Monday night and runs a mom's prayer group/playgroup from her home once a month. She also takes part in a mommy boot camp three days a week where she can take Katie. All the kids play while the moms exercise. Janie loves spending time with her girlfriends with and without kids.

Anthony likes to golf with his friends, watch Virginia Tech and the Redskins play football, and spend time with family and friends too. He plays in a number of charity golf tournaments throughout the year. He loves taking care of the yard and the house. He is a big fan of his vegetable garden and does a great job of taking care of it all summer.

Anthony and Janie spend a lot of leisure time with friends and family just having fun and hanging out together as a family.
