Both of us have a passion for children, the same passion our parents had for us. We understand that life doesn't always work out the way that you've planned it, but we do believe that everything happens for a reason--there is a time for everything. We have known for many years that we would be unable to conceive a baby naturally, but we continue to have that hope and dream that we will one day have a family of our own. Our dream is to welcome a child into our home, and love a child as our families have loved us. We would be honored to share a part of their life, making every opportunity available to them that we can, supporting them every step of their lives. We both agree that anytime you are on vacation, it is always a great time! One spot that will forever remain special in our hearts is Disney World. We got engaged in Disney, spent our Honeymoon there, and also have spent vacations there with our extended family and friends. We truly do believe it's the place where "Dreams Come True." We absolutely love people walking around with Mickey ears or Goofy hats on because it's a place where everyone can go back to their childhood! It's a great place for a family, no matter what age you are, and we cannot wait to see your child's eyes light up the first time they see Mickey!

Tom About Ashley: Ashley has experienced many things that make her one of the strongest people I know. She constantly strives to not only be a good person, but also bring out the best in everything and everyone she is around. She has so much love and compassion to share that would be perfect for your child. Ashley is the baker in the family. There is one of two places you can always find her, either outdoors enjoying the day, or in the kitchen baking cookies, brownies, or any special request. She makes some of the best French toast and pancakes I have ever had. She fits the role perfectly of a mother; always looking out for everyone, making sure that our home is just right.

Ashley About Tom: Within the first couple of months that I first met Tom, I knew we had a special bond: both of us had a very close connection with our families, and we shared a love for children. At family gatherings we would always be playing with the children either tag, bags, or our favorite, Wiffleball! He is just a natural with kids, and I can't wait for the day that he is able to teach our own kids how to play baseball, softball, and soccer -whatever they want to do. It makes me smile, dreaming of how he is going to be with your child. I count my blessings for finding such a wonderful, compassionate, caring, sensitive husband. One of things that Tom and I both compliment each other on is that we both love having fun together, being goofy, playing games, laughing--sometimes I think Tom is a big kid himself. It should have been no surprise when he proposed to me in Disney World in front of Cinderella's castle! We enjoy Disney so much that we spent our Honeymoon there as well, and we plan on making it a yearly family tradition.

An important quality Tom and I learned from both of our parents is always being there for your children - first laughs, first words, first steps, first days of school, first anything. Whatever our child's interest may be, we will be there for them, with a camera in hand and a smile on our face, celebrating each moment of their lives with them, just as our parents did for us.
