Family is very important to both of us and we are from a very close, loving family. Just the thought of our families always brings a smile to our faces.
Dawn’s parents live within 10 minutes and are both retired and looking forward to spending time with another grandchild. Dawn's brother, sister-in-law, nieces and nephew live within 15 minutes. Our oldest niece, Jenna, will baby-sit and they are all very excited to have a baby to spoil. Dawn also has aunts, uncle, cousins and second cousins in Pennsylvania. We love to visit family during the winter, make snowmen and go sledding.

Rob’s parents, sister and brother-in-law live about an hour from our house. His parents are also both retired and we're sure they will be coming over often to visit as this will be their FIRST grandchild. We are very close to Rob's aunt, uncles, cousins and second cousins who live near Clemson, SC. We try to visit at least once a year and catch a Clemson football game - Go Tigers! They also visit us often and we join them for trips to Disney World.
We are very fortunate that both of our families get along GREAT! Dawn's mother has Thanksgiving at their house and invites Rob's
parents, grandfather, sister, brother-in-law and uncle. While Dawn helps her mother in the kitchen, Rob keeps the kids occupied by
playing with them in the playroom. We can't wait to add another child to the playgroup.

Our Home
Our home has 1700 square feet of living area with 3 bedrooms, a large living and dining room, and 2 bathrooms. We are located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood and are very close to schools, library, police department, fire department, hospital, shopping and friends. Our street ends in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. We have a large fenced backyard with plenty of room to play soccer, football, or just play. We already have the spot picked out for the playhouse and swing set!

Your child will have their own carpeted Disney themed bedroom. We also have an enclosed, air-conditioned back porch that will be converted into a play room. Our kitchen, living and dining room are very open which provides a lot of room. We love this because we can entertain guests while preparing food. It will be perfect for childhood birthday parties and sleepovers with friends!
