Mike’s Family

Mike is the oldest of two children. He has a sister, Michele, married with 2 daughters. Mike's dad worked for many years with McDonald's corporation and is now retired. His mom, worked for some years, and then stayed at home to care for her family and her elderly parents. Mike's parents placed great emphasis on family togetherness. Holidays are always a great event surrounded with family and friends. Mike has many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mike remembers many vacations to the Poconos with family and friends, where everyone enjoyed each other's company. He also remembers how much fun Christmas mornings were with his family.

Patty’s Family

Patty is the youngest of 2 children. She has a sister, married with 3 children - 2 boys and a girl. She remembers many happy memories surrounding the holidays and birthdays with her niece and nephews - as they are very close. Patty's mom is a hard working, independent person who is very protective of her family. Patty's mom taught her to be goal oriented and have good work ethics. Education is very important in her family. Patty and her sister grew up in a loving and stable environment. Patty remembers great times with her maternal grandmother who lived with them from the time Patty was 3 years old until her passing. Patty's mom is getting ready to retire and looks forward to becoming a grandmother again. She plans on living close to Patty and Mike and spending many days with her new grandchild. Patty remembers many childhood memories such as Christmas morning, seaside vacations, and Easter egg hunts with her cousins. Patty's family has strong morals and values. The whole family went to church every Sunday and then came home for "The Pasta Meal".

Although our families do not live close, we visit very frequently throughout the year and holidays are always spent with family/friends. We talk daily on the phone and frequently send email.

Our Home

We live in a 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. The floor plan is spacious with a large family room off the kitchen. It is perfect for parties and family get togethers. Every Christmas we have a huge party with lots of family and friends.

A Day in the Park

We live on a quiet residential street in a family oriented community. The park is very close, within 10 minutes, are the schools. We attend a Catholic church which is also within 10 minutes. We can get to many amusement parks, zoos, aquariums, theaters, sporting events and more in 2 hours or less. We have a backyard where we envision a swing set and treehouse with children playing.
