We both have extraordinary families; we are very blessed to come from such solid foundations. Our siblings are our closest friends and we talk or email weekly. We look forward to holidays and get-togethers; they are always filled with many laughs.
Tina is one of two children; she has an older brother Marc that
is married with twin boys Adain and Tristan. Tina has known her sister- in- law Miriam since 1986 and they have many fun memories. We are extremely close with Marc and Miriam, they have been there for us and we know we could count on them for anything. Tina was raised in a very traditional home with lots of love and support. Growing up was fun for Tina, her parents had her active in sports and were always there to cheer her on to victory, lending a shoulder and some morale if she didn't win.
Celebrating Christmas with Brian’s Family
Brian is the youngest of four, with two sisters and one brother. Kathy is the oldest; she is married with one son Cole. Tom is next, he is married with 3 daughters, Taylor, Casey and Sydney. Mary Ellen is Brian's other sister; she is also married and has 1 daughter and 2 sons, Jordyn, Joseph and Jack. We are especially close to Mary Ellen and her husband Joe. We have grown through our adult lives together and have been great supports for each other through the ups and downs of life. Brian grew up in a home with his mom, dad, all of his siblings and his 2 grandmothers. It was a full house, but there was so much love with strong traditions and values. Brian has fond memories of playing whiffle ball and basketball with his brother and their friends in the neighborhood.
We also consider our group of friends an extension of our family.
We have known them for many years and they are the best friends anyone could ask for. They would do anything for us and we would do the same for them. They also have great relationships with our parents and siblings.
Our family and friends have been very supportive of our relocation and they have been taking advantage of weekend get a ways to visit us, which we more then enjoy.
Our House and Neighborhood
Our Home
We recently relocated from New Jersey to Massachusetts for Brian's career. We love our new home and neighborhood. We live on a cul de sac in a 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath Garrison Colonial with an acre and a half of property. About ½ acre behind our house is wetlands and we love watching the deer, turkeys and other animals that wander around back there. Our backyard has a nice deck and lots of room for running and a huge swing set.
Our Town Park
Our neighborhood is full of kids of all ages and they are always out riding bikes or playing sports. Our community offers summer science days for the kids, mommy groups, concerts in the park and many different sport teams. The school system is excellent and has recently been remodeled. There is a trail at the end of our street that leads to the high school and game fields or the swimming pond/park that has a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court and baseball fields. We are in the perfect location, a short ride to the city, beach, skiing and many large lakes for swimming, boating, kayaking and hiking. We enjoy taking advantage of all that our new state has to offer and cannot wait to share that with a child.
