Our Extended Families

Our Wedding with Alison’s Family, Including Her Maternal Grandparents

Alison is the middle child of three, with one older sister and a younger brother. Her sister is married and has four children, 3 girls and a boy. Her brother is in his second year of college and is majoring in safety. Her mother works as a sales representative at a factory, and her father owns a construction business. Growing up her parents always made it a point for the family to get together on Sundays for dinner to spend time with each other. This is a tradition that is still going on today. Every Sunday the family gets together with all of the kids for dinner and to spend time together. She is very close with her parents and siblings, and sees those relationships as irreplaceable. All of her family lives within miles of each other and are absolutely ecstatic about our adoption journey!!

With All of Our Families!

Aaron is the youngest of two children, with an older sister. His sister is married and has four children as well, with two girls and two boys. His mother works part time as an accountant, and his father is the pastor of our church. Growing up, his parents would take them to the ocean every summer on Mondays, and it is something that he hopes to share with your child. He has very special relationships with his family, and loves to have them close by as they too live within miles of each other. They could not be happier for us to be adopting and starting our family, and cannot wait to have another member!!!!

Our House and Neighborhood

Our Home Under 100 Inches of Snow! The Most Snow in NH Since 1900!

We bought our home almost 2 years ago, and have put a lot of hard work and pride into it. We love our home and love that it is in the town that we both grew up in. We have two bedrooms, with a large open area upstairs with plenty of room for playtime. We live on a dead end street with a basketball hoop at the end of it. At the end of our street there is a walking path that leads to a ski resort, and during the summer there is a playground and a swimming pond.

The Sledding Hill Down the Street from Our Home. A Fun Ride Down, a Long Walk Up!

We love our community because there is so much to do, both in the summer and the winter. We have a sledding hill down the street from us during the winter and an ice skating rink a few minutes away. During the summer there are several playgrounds, two beaches within five minutes of us, and a river with a waterfall across the street. There are several town activities that go on, and a lot of different events down the street from our house, one being a town Old Home Day with all kinds of different activities for kids and adults and fireworks. We love where we live, and with growing up here, we both know how much there is to offer families and cannot wait to share it all with your child!
