Dear Birth Parent(s),

We want to thank you for considering us as parents. We know that the decision you make will be in the best interest for you and your child. We hope and pray that you consider us to be the parents of your child.

We have wanted to become parents since we married more than four years ago. Adoption had been always on our mind even before we were married. We have not been able to have a child of our own, but have not given up on the dream of building a family. We've always believed God's plan for us was to adopt. (We hope and pray that you can make our dream come true.)

We like to think of ourselves as a fun-loving couple, we enjoy spending quality time together as well as cutting up and having fun. When Greg's out working in the garage alone, Rhonda finds it quite amusing to sneak up and catch him using a wrench as a microphone singing with the radio and doing his little dance. Often Rhonda finds herself joining in usually causing the project to take longer than had expected.

Greg works a four-day week leaving plenty of time to spend with the child. Greg's work hours are very flexible so he can join in on school functions or any events for the child. Rhonda will enjoy being a stay at home mom so that she can be there for him/her in all the ups and downs of growing up.

We are an active couple, always on the go. We try to live a healthy lifestyle. We grow a garden full of fruits and vegetables every year and can green beans, corn, tomatoes, sauces, salsa, and preserves. Rhonda loves to cook, making everything from scratch, unless it involves the grill, that's Greg's specialty. We enjoy camping and hiking through all the states. We try to get away some weekends and drive to state parks. We've done some traveling in Europe and South America and plan to see more. We can't wait to show a child what we've seen and learned and to discover new adventures together.

One of our favorite childhood memories as we were growing up, was our parents reading us a story and saying a prayer as a family before bedtime. We can't wait to continue this tradition with your baby.

Church is very important to us. We get involved with many activities. Greg is involved in the administration part of church and does everything from adding on, to remodeling the existing church and maintaining the grounds around the church. Rhonda is involved in the outreach programs to the needy by cooking and delivering meals. And we can't wait to introduce your child to our church community. There are a lot of activities for children from preschool to teenage youth groups to be involved in and grow up with.

We believe a good Christian background is essential to help children grow up with strong moral values that will help them throughout their entire life.

We will gladly share pictures and letters with you as your child grows and develops so that you can remain confident in your decision. We will continue to pray for you and your very difficult decision. We pray that you will consider us to be a part of your child's life.
